It doesn't display the picture. A broken link, apparently...

About th remote linking bit, I'm assuming that you originally posted the picture only, but decided to make a page for it after writing this post and forgot to erase the remote linking warning. Am I correct?

I found the problem. All of the slashes in the link were backwards.

All in all, I didn't like it. It didn't offend me (though I see why you thought it might), it just struck me as sloppy and unorganized, without a real point. Just didn't appeal to me.

You must realize that I had to read the comic alone, without the commentary, as I had to copy/paste the link after fixing the slashes. And you were right in your summary. That was too much commentary for that comic.

They're backslashes. I'm not running IE right now, and Mozilla apparently doesn't like them. Make them normal slashes ("/" instead of "", like most (all) internet links) and it should be fine.

The slashes are fine. Uncommon just fails at the internet, I guess.

Also, the comic was filled with comedy. And it features Castro-Seal. You cannot go wrong with seeminlgy immortal communist seals.

I'm gonna have to agree with you on a lot of that stuff. I never thought Walthros was particularly meaningful. It had a pretty original storyline, original characters (mostly cause they were fish and rats and stuff), and it was a pretty fun game, but that was about it.

I'm talking about the picture, not the page. When I click on "Properties", the Target URL it gives me is "http://www34.brinkster.com\surlaw\comics\comic1.jpg/", which, as you can see, has backslashes in it. Mozilla apparently doesn't like this, though IE doesn't seem to care. Unfortunately for me, IE is down on my computer.
