Does anyone know how to put cheats in games ive never tryed? What games have you seen that have good cheat systems or cheats in general?

Check out Monterrey Penguin, that had an interesting cheats system. I think Steve even included the plotscript...
It's on the gamelist, so go get it.

thats the one that got me interested but is it all plotscripting to do cheats or is there another way because james paige made cheats with bobs quest that you just had to type in words.

I don't think that was with the OHR. Anyway, it can only be done with plotscripting, unless you intend to stick a guy with stuff that'll seem like cheating somewhere, but that'd be more like a secret.

also when i try the plotscripting tutor that comes with ohr hssed never compiles. it always gives me an error message that says no info to compile.
What should i do?

make sure to write "include pstutor.hsd", and when you are in your game in custom export your hsd file (under plotscript management)

Wandering Hamster had a very spiffy cheat spot near the beginning of the game. It was a shop where you could buy all sorts of quality items for next to nothing, and could hire every character in the game, even the ones that you can't get yet, like the viking. That is a good cheatshop, and it doesn't involve a line of plotscripting.

No, but it involves me equipping the viking with the strongest sword in the game, putting Lord Hasim in my party plus the machinegunner (Brian I believe), and going and smashing up some bosses
