Fen's letting me use his account for the purpose of posting this.

Basically he's extremely sick, and is exhausted from working on his Halloween contest submission. When he arrived at my apartment, he basically collapsed, and he'll be out of commission to rest for a few days, potentially a week. Fenrir is in no condition whatsoever to continue staying up late spriting and programming his submission, so as a result, he is officially out of the Halloween contest. Apologies to whomever was looking forward to a complete game, though as I believe he already pointed out, it would have probably been impossible to complete his project in time.

As per his instructions, his submission (FFH-2) has been uploaded to the database in its last working condition. It's buggy like nothing else, and technically ends immediately after the third dungeon with the fight with Hyne. I do not know if he plans to continue it or not, since his workload is going to increace tenfold within the next month. Let this be a lesson to everyone not to push yourself so hard.

Again, apologies to everyone for this announcement.

Well that sucks for Fenrir. Sad...

I was looking forward to his game as well. Hopefully he'll still release it after he gets better...

Fen... I'm so sorry you did this to yourself. Maybe Gizmog will still let your submission FFH-2 be an uhh... submission... And allow us to judge it still. Because why make his cause be in vein. I know just how hard he has worked on it and would be dissappointed in the system of judging in this community if you didn't let someone as skilled as Fen get his credit. After all, he's had a rough October from what I understand.

Sure Fen's game counts. They just had to be in by no later than Nov 2nd at midnight and 1 second. By the way, you guys still have about 22 hours to work on your projects. I allowed an extra 24 hours so no one had to work through Halloween and not go trick or treating, or costume parties or something, so the entries still aren't due.

EDIT: It'd be great if when you released your game, you could link to it in this thread, so we don't have to scour the game list to find them.

EDIT EDIT: Get feeling better Fen. And when you get back, try to be more lazy, like the rest of us Raspberry!

wow, i'm sorry to hear about fen's condition.
get well soon, and learn from the experience... never over work yourself on the computer. mental exhaustion is more fatal than physical exhaustion.

Yeah, I've watched Fen's game grow through this entire month and by golly, its awesome. It really is. If you haven't given it a good old test drive then you're missing out. It's phenomenal! So go give it a shot, and hehe, mine too! Mine will probally be near completion on midnight of November 1st!

My game is done. Get Pitch Black (the bamless version is an old version, sorry) from the gamelist.

My interent is fried because of the solar flares (stupid cable) so I'm uploading from a friend's 56k. This file would probably have a lot more stuff but...my internet is dead. BAH.

Yeah, and all those people that decided to work on this stressful contest (hehe) haven't submitted a game. As of now, I only see three people with games. Myself with "Halloween Quest". Shadowiii and Mr.B with "Pitch Black" and of course, the good old Fenrir Lunaris with "FFH-2". So hurry up people!

The contest is over, and those 4 games (Pitch Black, Run Run Zombie Revolution, FFH2 and Halloween Quest are the entrants) If you entered a game not listed here BEFORE the deadline, and the upload date reflects such, you can point it out.
