Unfortunately that would be if the game were set up in that manner, with map and music running the same numbers, and either have no repeated songs on maps, or songs imported numerous times. Soo... which of your two's code is used is dependent upon the situation. (Just pointing this out for the people new to plotscripting {and probably coding in general.}) _________________ * SDHawk has joined #Minnek

Isn't there some option you can set on each map within custom.exe, and in textboxes, to do with music. Restore music or something, anyhow I know for sure if you have a textbox and show it with different music "attached" to it, i.e. get it to play a different song you can set one of those menu options in box appearance to continue the song straight after the box is shown. How is this useful? well perchance you could asign a script to the textbox and disguise it by having no text or no box, and use the advance text box to command to hide any obvious trace that it is a textbox. _________________ ~PH

sure, that'll take a bit of thinking but here it is.
script, resotre music, begin
suspend box advance
show textbox(k) #replace k with the box number
advance textbox
resume box advance
end
you may need a wait(1) after the "show textbox" command, try it out and see what you think. _________________ If we were a pack of dogs, IM would be a grand Hound, CN would be a very ficious little pitball, and Giz...well, it doesn't matter breed he is, he'd still be a bitch
