Its out, and FyreWulff has kindly hosted it on OHRRPGCE.com. The link is

If no one finds any bugs (big enough that I care about, eg. missing indentation) in it in a couple of days, I'll e-mail it to James Paige so that he can put it on the 3rd party utilites list at the OHR homepage.
This version should work in all cases if you stick to the hardcoded formatting options sets, and I don't expect that many bugs in it, except for conditions, which has what appears to be a random and incorrect drooling of code outputting perfect condition statements.
