i finally got my scanner fixed and running.
anyway, for all those who would love to critise me back for all that i've given them, now is the chance to do so. i don't mind whether it's praises or harsh critism. Improving is my goal, not showing off.

anyway, here's the pic... copy and paste or "save as," it's one or the other, can't remember is the latter works. (it's angelfire, give me a break)

Very...cartoony. His wings don't look right. I believe they're bent too far up, and the way the feathers are, they don't look like they can stretch any further out. Well, I like the feathers at the end of the wing, they look pretty decent.

Are you trying to be funny? If that is supposed to be a pheonix, then they are a lot less impressive looking than one would immagine, huh? Well, I like the way you drew tht bird; regardless of what it was supposed to be.

the wings arent the problem really i think its the body and the head. I suggest that you make edges sharper not rounded.

Actually I think the body looks great. I can't imagine why a bird should have "sharp edges."

uncommon: yeah, i realised that the right wing was too rounded and didn't look like it could stretch anymore than it already has.

LeRoy_Leo: Yep, it was supposed to be a phoenix after i drew the bird... I was bored in study, so decided to add in the flames, guess it wasn't a smart move, but it helped me burn time.

Hunter: ears..? *shrugs*

Hyperdrmr: yeah, i see where you're pointing to, the beak is far too rounded, and needs to be sharper.

oh well, thanks for the comments. I'm quite pleased with the first bird drawing i've done, still got a bit of practicing to do, nonetheless still quite pleased with it.

The lbird's left wing is bent slightly too much forward at the bottom. Good pic though.
