Here's a couple new things I drew just now. DER YAY???/?


It's a ninja! A stealthy, deadly ninja! There's very little actual shading on him, but that's because his suit is specially made to absord almost all frequencies of light, thus rendering him completely black.

Now, a bit sketchy, but here:


She's a sorceress. She could be a typical PRPG "cute" character, except for the fact that she smokes a pipe, and thus smells like tobacco all the time.

I really really really like the 2nd pic for some reason. We don't get enough smoking mages nowadays.

The first one has...no detail? It looks like you drew it and scribbled all over it. But scribbled with...sanity involved. Eh. Ninja's do wear clothing, you know.

That second one needs work on the breasts and the tunic thing is under-detailed, but I really like the pose. Kinda "Gandalf"y. Sort of.

Yes, I like pipe mage the most. Ninjaman was originally just a study, trying to get a more "active" pose than my usual standing characters, and I consider it a sucess in that area. The reason for the lack of detail is laziness because his suit is specially made to absord all frequencies of light, thus preventing him from reflecting at all, and thus increasing his deadly stealthiness. It results in no details really being drawn, as any folds in the clothing don't appear because no shadows appear . . . okay, so it's because I was lazy and didn't want to really work on it. So sue me.

I'll be honest: I dont like the first one because of its lack of details. But at a second look, you can see litle details that are nice, but I still think there is too much shading.

The second one is very nice, exept for her long arms, but I have to agree that its very gandalfy.

However, even with all this evil critism, I still think that those are nice pics, better than too much I have seen before.

I can understand the motive behind the first picture. REally, you cannot gripe about there not being any detail! GEESH! As for the second one, there is some good shading, but yea, the girl does have a mans chest.

The story behind the ninja is goot, but if that light is being absorbed, where is it being released?! And we do need more crackhead mages, or just smoker mages. (everyone needs some sustanence.) I do love LOTR, but she does not, in ANY way, look even remotely close to gandalf!

Anyway, this some good criticism I'm getting. Pipe-mage-girl is NOT currently smoking pot, despite what one may think, but that might be an interesting plot device to add (Attack failed! Mage forgot to do anything!).
Hm. Now, the comments I've heard about her having a man-chest . . . yep, that's a problem. I have problems with drawing boobs below D cup, I think. This is probably due to the fact that . . . ummm . . . ahem . . . all I look at for models are porn stars. Uh, yeah.
No, seriously, the exact proportions of the human body are one of the things I'm slowly learning, and boobs haven't been gotten to, yet. On other proportion notes, I realize that pipe-mage's arms are too long. Hm. Damn. I'll fix her sometime.

I've learned that the boobs are the fisrt thing to get to, heh. (Pervert) Or maybe actually the face. Always start with the face. I really think you got something there with the tobbacco messing up your efficiency thing. Maybe some types of tobbacco are good though, huh? Some can increse your battling efficiency. Of course now I am talking about gaming things, so without further adeu, I bid thee adeu. Good work.

PS: Sometimes I have little things that I have to add.

lol, the first pic looks like... ...trinity in the matrix reloaded!! honestly... only she had a 3cm distance from crotch to ground, while yours has a 10cm distance from crotch to ground...

the second pic looks very funny and i'd take it as my avatar for the month of december if you'd give me the permission to use it.
you don't run into many smoking mages/wizards nowadays, especially ones that are smoking something other than tobacco.

.... There is no detail on the first one, but it looks okay. The pipe mages is really cool, but the breasts need to be worked on. Other than that, they're both cool.
