This is for future reference and should be a no-brainer step by step guide.

Step 1 is simple. To even get the game through to be listed it MUST have sections A and B filled out like so:

Only then may you click step C, which is submit.

Step 2, you have to find you game you want to upload. Click "Browse" as indicated in red.

Hopefully those following this aren't colorblind.

Step 3, double click on the zip file containing your game or demo you want uploaded. No arj, pkp, pk3, pk1, rar, or tar files. ONLY ZIP FILES.

Step 4, you'll be taken back to this screen. Hit "upload" now.

Step 5. Wait around. If you NEED this guide, wait around for probably an hour. Do NOT hit back on your browser or refresh. Let the page finish loading. Then check the gamelist. If you can download your game, mission accomplished!

May this forever save people the trouble of having to repeatedly explain to every newcomer HOW to upload a game.

Well, from this I learned that:

1) Fenrir is running Windows 98
2) Fenrir has WinAmp
3) Fenrir named his OHR directory "Hampster"

Once again, fenrir saves the day. I am sure it is pretty much self explainatory though. It is Fen's want to help the comunity as best as he can that inspires me.

Wow Fen... I didn't know there were simple step by step instructions to upload a game. And all this time, I thought it was common sense. But as you said, hopefully it will help the newcomers to this site. Which I guess not everyone knows how to upload a game. Good idea though.

The person fenrir wrote this guide for still hasn't managed to upload his game. There probably isn't a whole lot of hope for him.

Hunter, I can't help it if the people whom this was supposed to help are computer illiterate luddites.

And I am considering making quite a few more of these including "posting for dummies" and "IRC for dummies", so look forward to them. They'll be ten times funnier I promise. Just as good as the last step even!
