Okay, CP likes to log me off, so I'm gonna make this real short.

528 hours to make a game. Theme is simulation. Begins Friday at 11 EST. RPG File will be given out then. Games are due on Singles' Awareness Day. Start planning!
(Oh, and use the OHR)

Hmm... 528hours is a bit long for me, school will start before the end of the contest.. oh well. I may enter, and just use mainly the first (checks) 4 days...

Simulation? Define that. And 528 hours isn't that long. Leading to "Single's Awareness Day" (AKA: Valentines Day). Is more or less close to a month. Which is ample time to make something good or halfway decent. MCW, are we allowed to have a partner in this contest?

Also, is it stated in the rules that you can't have one? No it isn't. Go find a teammate(if you wish for one).

I could probably finish it in a week if only I could get the damn 'fire a lazer' plotscript to work properly, and also figure out how to store NPC hp as a global variable.

Screw it. Game cancelled on account of my idiocy when it comes to handling plotscripts. Side scrolling shoot-em-ups just aren't what they used to be. when's the starting and deadline dates?
i need to make plans on to prepare for university and such for this year, so i may not be able to compete. (with or without a team)
