A) They're just things that James might add in the future. Say he may add something like turning on a battle tag. He could fill in that "place holder".
B) Makes enemies use moves they don't have enough MP for
C) I think they're just for making you hit an enemy and then continue hitting it for your next attack. I'm not too familiar with this option, myself. Rinku uses it in &And, and I think in Tilde. Try it out in those games.
D) You modify the palette with 2mas. Find it on the OHR site. If you need help, just ask someone.

Store target does just what it sounds like. It stores the enemy you targeted with it. This is used in conjunction with the "stored target" target option. Basically this means one attack stores a target, and sometime later you do another attack that hits that stored target. Delete target is pretty self-explanatory.

Um, I'm not sure how clear that was. If anyone can explain it better go ahead.

I've been confused about the whole "store target" thing.

From what I read in the official documentation, target storage is on a 'per enemy/hero' basis, where each enemy/hero can store its own target.

But in...er...I think it's "Tilde and the Mask of Raspberry!," Rinku says in the documentation (or somewhere) that the battle system is designed so that whatever Tilde hits, the other heros use as the target (which means there is one saved target for all the heros).

Obviously, these can't both be right.

Anyone know?

Ah, so that's why none of the other heroes could attack in Tilde...
