Wow! All this time, I've been oblivious to the fact that Bob has been working on his own secret project without me. He just decided to unveil it this evening.

http://HamsterRepublic.com/bobcomic/

I am sure he would be delighted to have the feedback of the esteemed OHR artist's community. (He never checks his e-mail, so you can just tell me, and I will pass it along)

Bob's job must SUCK.
Other than that, wonderful work. I like your art style, fits very well with the comic's feel. The dialogue is well done, as well - what I expected from the creator of Wandering Hamster. Also, an excellent commentary on the foolishness that burueaucracy forces us into . . . a crate storage company . . . man.

Awesome.

I seriously think Bob the Hamster would make a good show on, say, Cartoon Network or something.

i think my life has forever changed. i have learned things therein.

#1- james (apparently) sits on his right foot. i find this funny in a purely coincidental way, as i have a habit of sitting on my left foot.

#2- hamsters smell like aphids.

#3- cats will do only the job that they're paid for and no more... and sometimes less.

#4 - Wolves like raisins. Personally I myself prefer grapes, though the pruned variety is by no means any less enjoyable.

#5 - Apparently some of those boxes come from the place I work at, an online auction & shipping business. If I ever find any OHR merchandise come my way through the auction store, I'll let you know just how high it goes for.

Excellent comics, by the way! Some of the best we've seen in a long time!

I passed on your kind comments to Bob, and he was quite pleased and flattered... then he bit me. (but I am pretty sure that was only 'cause I still had some peanut-butter on my hand from breakfast)

*laugh* I am ammused that you noticed. I really do that, although I am trying to break myself of the habit-- it seems to be bad for my joints.

While that would be cool, the trouble with that is, to become a show, one has to sign over to the network one's copyrights, one's trademarks, one's soul, etc. I don't expect to ever see Bob on TV. He is his own Hamster, and refuses to sell out :)

If those comics don't got style, I'd like to see that-guy-that-said-that's comic! Neutral

I liked the use of expressionism, and the randum humor, and the personification, and the incorporation of yourself. Keep humoring your self; it builds character(s). Big grin

Excellent comics Bob! Hilarious. I love the first and second chapters the most.

#6: James wears no socks! The horror! The horror!

probably should. years of sitting on my foot has twisted my left leg so that my left foot points a little farther out than the right.

Man, I love these comics. I wonder if Wandering Hamster will alude to this eventually (and vice-versa)?

Yes, I'd love to see more.

i enjoyed the comics very much, i enjoyed it just as much (if not more) as the garfield comics i have at home. both ironic and halarious. (ok, so what if humour has changed over the years)

i'd like to see more, if anymore are made. i'm very sure i'll enjoy them jsut as much.

Holy %#(&! Man that art is wonderfully awesomely amazingly sweet! That is like good enough to be a show. Hey, if it ever became a TV show, I would support it. I bet you could easily get in the cartooning biz. And if that happens, call me up. I could play some voices ;D. Well, all the pictures are so smoothe, and I can't do that because I use crappy supplies (Or I suck). Also, Bob is kinda cute.
