Ok, I was going to write one after he did, but he basically said everything I would. YOU WILL GET THIS GAME NOW. 8-Bit brilliance, incredible graphics and animation, great platformer gameplay (with few issues like jumping) set this game among the elite.
So, MCW, good job. I don't have to write a review anymore, because you said everything I would. As always, if you disagree feel free to write another review, but...wow. That game is amazing.
GET IT NOW. _________________ But enough talk, have at you! |

There's a tool you can use to pound nails further into the wood then a hammer can. It's a little piece of iron with a point on one end and a flat square on the other, you put the point to the nail and pound the square with a hammer. That's handy in construction, but useless for reviewing, and that's why I won't review Trailblazers. It wouldn't be point counterpoint, it would be point, over emphasized point.
Or the review would've read:
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG
HOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAPHOLYCRAP
DROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOLDROOL
A game everyone should have in their collection
A+
Actually, the game made me tear up my plans for I Made Dis Too.
The game is better at reproducing NES style than Spellshard. The game is a better platformer than any other we've seen. The game is now tied with Powerstick Man as my favorite OHR game. The game sent me home crying to my mamma. It is the game I will attempt to beat, and miserably fail at beating, while planning my next game. Absolute perfection. I can't even begin to explain, it's better than I thought the OHR was capable of by light years. There're too many good things about it to even try and list here, and I take back every statement I've made about being disappointed with modern OHR games.
BUT IT'S SUCH A DAMN HARD GAME!! _________________ BANDIT REVOLVER, DOWNLOAD IT OR ELSE.

I'm quite surprised that people only just started to notice this game...
A bit sad, really... I think I heard RG complaining about this. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |

No longer shall he. I heard about it a few months ago, I just wasn't interested enough because I kept getting my ass kicked.
Then, my NES blew out and.. well I think you get the idea. |

Goddamn you MCW, goddamn you to hell. I literally had notepad open and was about to write a review for this fantastic game when I saw that you beat me to the draw. I wont bother to now, because it wouldn't be doing anything but restating everything yours said, complete with the A+.
Also, his music isn't original at all and he even admits that he ripped it in his readme, though it was well placed and I was tickled to hear Friday the 13th music in his awesome awesome game. _________________ Do you like fantastic comics? Good, now go here to see one.

Yeah, I was probably thinking of Siv at the time. That music was made by Sivako. Thanks for pointing that out, though. |
