Okay heres my idea, A photography contest.
Heres how i thought it would work. like every 2 days i would post one random word that i picked out from the dictionary eg. empty. then all you people with cameras take a picture of the thing that best represents "empty" post it on the thread then everyone judges every 2 days.

Hope this works?
Dont even know if i can do this on this board Happy

You'd have to think, how many people can:

1) Take pictures and get them developed, wasting a whole
roll of film
2) Use a webcam
or,
3) Use some sorta other method (post some method
while flaming me, and I'll retaliate fiercely).

3)color scanner and any photo device (unless you like black and white photos)

Ths is interesting. I might be able to participate in this from time to time. I would think this could be fun and good practice for photography. Photography IS an art after all.
