I did some redesigns on the graphics I've shown before and I wanted to get some opinions on it. The ones on the left are the old ones the ones on the right are the new ones. Feel free to comment on anything, improvement related or not.
The only differences here I think are that the brown has been darkened and I added a pixel to her hair to make her forehead look bigger. The pose hasn't actually changed-- the first one is the standing animation, the other is the walking animation.
Well, this one's not human anymore. His scarf has been replaced with a cape as well. The color scheme changed as well.
I improved the lines on this ones body (at least I consider them an improvement). His skin now has 4 colors instead of 3 and his hair and pants are black now.
I don't think I've changed this one at all. At least not significantly. But I put it up here anyway.
I increased the contrast between the colors here and made a few other minor adjustments.
I added a color to this one's skin. Also, his legs have been slightly redone. They're shorter now, so the picture overall is shorter. The blues are lighter too. His kilt in the new picture isn't finished, which is why it kind of lacks depth.
No changes here. I am planning on changing the design of the sword but I really haven't come up with a sword design that looks good.
Increased the color contrast here.
Added shadows for the chains and made the stick of his scythe look a little thicker down the middle by putting a black line below it. His body has changed also.
Facial and color changes.
Changed the colors and the lines of his body. I didn't really want to change the color, but since i redesigned his body, his fur looked gray instead of black. So I decided to change his color scheme. This is the one I liked the most. _________________ My name is...

I really like these. The originals were already ooh nice good, and these just improve on those. I especially like how the bodies look now on the ones that you added colors to. _________________ UP DOWN UP DOWN LEFT LEFT RIGHT RIGHT A B START |

Real good, the originals are good and the improvements are improvements. although on the first one i like the original's pose better (minus the totally black area inbetween the legs)
still they look awesome. hand yourself a cigar, or a lolipop if you don't smoke. _________________ ...eh? |

Great job. I've gotta say, you are very good at pixel art. The concepts themselves are nice too. ^_^ |

You've obviously been told this, but bending the arms and legs more makes for a more active pose. And you did that. I just wanted to point it out as a good rule of thumb.
You added more light to some of them (color == light), and hence the details are easier to make out now.
The hammer man's original was a bit better, because he was already light, and he lost the light details on his chest and such. I liked the luster way. Everything else about him and the others is fine and dandy...
But that's just what I think. See if you can see what I am saying here. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

Okay... your graphics are at least ten times better than what I can do (on the Mogometric scale).
Comments/randomness:
Swordman has dragoon helmet. <3
Beast-thing looks like Ifrit with a tail.
Bird reminds me of a Pokemon -- probably Articuno.
Elf-man looks way cooler as a blue... elf-thing. Yeah. _________________

Exellent! Your graphics remind me of Ultima 8. The way you contrast your creatures and other sprites.
That is a great summon. _________________

the cyan for the snow in the overworld map and battle screen is a bit too bright. I'd suggest toning it down to a darker shade. Other than that, it's looking good.

GREAT hero/enemy sprites. Unfortunately, I have to agree with Leonhart. For such beautiful sprites, it shows that you didn't spend a lot of time on the backgrounds. _________________
