Here's a thought. Why not try posting in proper grammar, too? The rest of us put effort and thought into our posts, why not you? It'd certainly set our minds more at ease regarding your ability to practice the English language.

If I understand what I think you're doing, your idea really isn't at all bad, but, I'd suggest instead of using Final Fantasy 1 Caricatures, you actually try and capture some original characters in this idea. Basically, if I understand it, your game's going to be sort of like that scene in Final Fantasy 6, where the party's all split. You'll play each character, getting them to a point where they meet the rest of the "Light Warriors". So, a Fighter you'd be training fiercely in warriorly things, and then cut a bloody warpath through the countryside, until you meet up with the group by some happenstance. A Thief, like you say, would be something like stealing in the city, and maybe stumble upon some kind of plot or scheme, and would try and get someone to help him fix it. And you could just go through the people's individual trials and adventures, up to the point where they meet everyone else, and then have them have a few situations of things they did along the way to their ultimate goal. It'd be fun, I think, and it has potential, you just need to lose the damned Final Fantasy 1 notion to it.

(Welcome to the community by the way. I'm also kind of coming on to you, and I like swords to. Maybe we can trade pictures of them sometime. I hope you get makin' games fast, and wow the pants off of us.)

right about the game.

But unfortunetly I am going to draw back
this one and start on a new one instead
that is more original.

So this one is a holloween game
that I tend on makeing, which should
wow the pants off you, like you said.

I would love to trade pictures of swords.

Good for you for not letting them get you down. Everyone else, yes, his grammar is bad, but it's not like he's the only one. Yes, his game idea isn't the most original, but how was your newbie game? You don't have to treat it like the best thing since sliced bread, but don't tear into him for it. Those last three pages were brutal... Oookay...

And I never got on his case for using bad grammar, I just asked him ~~in my own sarcastic and disdainful way~~ to better it.

Welcome to Castle Paradox!
The grammar doesn't really bother me, just the spelling.
I actually think this idea could be interesting, kind of like what FFH-2 could have been. (Why Fenrir, why?)

If you're using FF1 rips, (which I actually don't see any evidence of.) then you probably should look up some graphics tutorials instead.

I would like to see this game done. If it is done right, it could be pretty bitchin'. Fighter may surprise us.
