Kahn: I remember being told that it was bad to nominate people like that. You know, telling someone that so-and-so is good at whatever and to go bother him or her for something. I know it may seem like a good thing to reference people here, but the bad thing is that they may not want to help. Referencing someone isn't very helpful.
