Ok... I play Piano, i have been playing for about 4 years now... and i cant compose a thing Big grin

I also played Flute and Guitar for a year... But I gave them up, I had *better* things to do. Guitar wasnt that bad... but flute... boy was that a celebration when the year came to a close.
I have also played drums before and did quite well (To my suprise)... Big grin

Thats it.

Piano for 3 years...and I was almost to the point where I could play Sonata in C Major 1st Movement (the real thing), but I had to give it up 'cause recital came before I could get it completely memorized. Then I quit taking lessons 'cause between work and school, I didn't have any time left.

I started composing simple rock and pop when I was...9 I think. Still not very good, but a lot better than I was then.

Been playing keyboards for a few years, I never had any lessons. One of my favorite memories is figuring out the 1-4-5 chord sequence on my own, before even knowing what a chord was. Now I play keyboards in a rock band.

I played trombone in high school, this means I now know how to read music (although high treble clef and low bass clef are still iffy). I can play guitar, and understand enough to be able to play any string instrument, but that doesn't mean I can be any good at it. Similarly with drums and other percussive things (xylophones, harpsichords, etc.). I REALLY wish I could play a flute.

I can do a little piano and gitar, but not much
I also play my computer. I bet everyone else here does too Ha ha ha!

Flute and the piano.
I learned how to play the flute three years ago. I was taught by our music teacher. I can play simple piano pieces. But a sheet full of notes and symbols really hurt my eyes.

Guitar, vocals (at the same time most of the time) piano, bass guitar as well, drums, cello, flute. Never really had the chance to go brass, I might in the future.

Flute is an interesting instrument. My sister played flute in our high school band. It's not exactly an easy one to just pick up, but I love the sound.
So, that's pretty unique that we have a flute player in CP, among all us keyboardists and guitarists.
