I could accept these graphics if they were just placeholder graphics for this guy's first game, but no, he's calling his graphics "badass" and thinks someone would want to make him the graphics man on their game based on these. That's absurd.

Yea. I'm thinking that an update on your current graphics skill is needed for better success now, Drakeman.

I really don't mean to sound negative, but those gfx are horrible.

That's not really negative at all. The first thing that I may suggest, which according to Aeth's review of Neo Krysta III, I don't have room to talk, is that you DESPERATELY need to do change your colors on the first two pics. Now, maybe it's some other world or something that may have those kinds of colors, but I would suggest a color blend that doesn't burn your eyes to look at.

Geez, now I'm starting to feel like I'M being negative.... XP

It's been a long time since I posted on an OHR forum.
I don't want to be taken as a flamer or anything.

Here's my reasons:
1-The sprites look incredibly flat.
2-using the airbrush tool gives a MS Paint feel.
3-Indeed, the blue tiles are an eye-sore.
4-I can hardly distinguish what some of the objects are.
5-I think that's a house in the last shot. It looks like pavement. There's no divider between the roof and walls.
6-Funny is spelled wrong (not really gfx)

On a positive note:
1-He's trying. It's no Magnus.
2-I wish someone would have told me my gfx where horrible when I first started, instead of blindingly leading me to believe they were on par.
3-Sorry, didn't mean to offend.

Keep trying! Read and learn about pointalism, cell-shading, and light fixtures.

Don't hate me!

I believe we could work something out. I have an interest in different enemy designs, so PM me and we'll talk.

There are certainly those who could still benefit from any help you cold offer, Drake. For instance: Culex is looking to start a group, and I believe he was the first to ask for your help. One an get a lot of useful experience from working with teams.

your gfx need shading, they look flat and undynamic. I would suggest practicing a bit more if you plan to get people to actually want your work. Other than that, i think the first you shold improve is shading, you'll notice the difference in shaded and unshaded work... and that difference is good.
