In terms of actual technical skill, I like Veld's work this time. I will be voting for Veld again.

However, I do like Iblis's work from a comedic standpoint. That pose, and the eyelazers blasting through (CN's) glasses makes me get all warm and fuzzy.

It's over now? Shoot. This is what I get for being grounded at home and bogged down at school while posting in these forums.

It's a tough race between SA, Veld, and Kale. I like their use of color. Fortis's is very sound, but quickly done. "I have better things to do than enter this contest" is what his picture tells me. Raspberry!

DELIBERATION: Because Veld's wasn't as "polished" this time, the vote flops over to David Kale's OHR DATE fan art.

Fortis bitches. Veld's is very good, but it has a serious lack of character, there's no sense of fun to it, so even if it's very professional looking, I don't particularly enjoy looking at it. Cutie Neke has a real sense of humor and fun, it has personality whereas Veld's is just another pretty picture.
