Has anyone been having trouble with VDMS? I reformatted my computer because the damn thing wasn't working, and now after I reinstalled VDMS after the format, it's doing the same thing. It runs my games slow, and if you do too much at once the game freezes and plays like 2 seconds of music in a loop. _________________ ---------------Projects----

Trouble? I cant even install it. I have to use dosbox, and everything goes slow there as well. But at least the music plays. |

I've had games freeze before, but the music plays as normally. I'm not quite sure if my game is running slowly or not (It's fast enough for my taste.)
It might be the update, because I didn't get the most recent one.

I don't think VDMS is the problem, if your games are running too slow, then it's probably your midi player. I recently updated my version of "windows media player", and the games were all of a sudden running reely fast. |

I have it on my computer and I use Windows XP. I just downloaded it one day and put it into the custom folder. It gives me no problems at all. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

Note: You must be in the administrator to install programs like VDMS. If you share computers with multiple people, then get them to sign on and see if they can install it. (If someone knows how to find out if someone is the admin, tell me.) It should work fine after that. (Of course, if you have Windows XP Home Edition, you don't have to worry about any of that.)

Are you saying that you don't have Windows XP? _________________ Calehay |
