I get my ideas from all sorts of stuff. I like to take video games as inspiration, then modify them heavily enough to count as something original. My favorite plot of mine is a D&D campaign based off of SMRPG, with Exor re-cast as a major anti-hero, and the stars replaced with fragments of an ancient sword...etc, etc. Other than that...I dunno. I just...get weird stories in my head, usually about myself, then adapt them to generic characters and such.

My heroes = Fire/Courage, Reckless/Hot-headed

Hot headed people are usually the subordinate characters who help the leader. When I was younger, I was watched some Digimon. I saw that Tai was the most reckless and agressive of them all.

My Villians = Scientists

I think that scientist love to play god and toy with the fabric of nature. Sometimes this is god(I.e. Cure for cancer!). However, this can also be very evil(I.e. Nuclear War fare).

Most of my ideas come to me when:

#1: I'm falling asleep. I always forget them before I wake up.
#2: I'm on the toilet. I always forget them by the time I flush.
#3: I'm in Church. I can usually remember these.
Or #4: The Lord of the Rings.

However, none of my good ideas went into Wolf's Quest. At all.

I normally get my ideas while reading another story, or playing a game or something, and my mind starts to kind of predict what's going to happen next. Usually I'm wrong, but am left with some pretty good ideas for things that could happen in my own story.

I don't get ideas. I get a piece of it. A beginning, an end, a piece from the center. Rest is purely improvising. I create the story in the whirly, if that's how you can say.

Well, mine come from a series of concepts:

Cair Navon: What if global warming destroyed the atmosphere completely, what if all the nuclear waste was sent to the sun but reacted with the core? Etc.

Dogs, Demons, The Media=
Demons bent on steering mankind to destruction take over every media outlet to take control of public opinion, and therefore the public. Any who resist get eaten by an army of trained Cerberii. (plural for Cerberus)
