Anderland has come to CP! Here I (Raekuul) will be posting the update info for Descendents of Zelda: Sour Dreams. Just remember: If you can't get past something, look at the readme or wait for the next update.
12/30/04 (Ozarks2) "Official" Story/Library/Sewers demo. Added: Link, Sewers, ANDEDRLAND map #1, Useless Sahasrala(h).

Anyway... I've uploaded an official "Demo" with text that can be read and everything (Kudos to Orion for pointing out my text style's flaw.)
Also, I'll need help with the graphics. Sparrowhawk did do the main character's walkabout, but I am accepting anyone else's submissions. Just send them to alkabanfall@yahoo.com. Here's what I need:
A "Link" Walkabout/Battle thing
A skeleton's head
A skeleton's body
A creature that seems like but really dosen't resemble a "Plip"
An old man walkabout.

Hints:
Hint #1: You do need the fire rod to access the back part of the sewers.
Hint #2: The silver + inscription is a heal square location.

Hmm... well, he's got a point. That title is...not very good. You could say "I love EVERYTHING about your game except the title" or just "Your title sucks" and the author will arrive at the same conclusion. There's a difference between brutal honesty and flaming.

You are either lying or talking to exactly the wrong people. PHC is beloved by all.

I have never seen PHC seriously insult anyone who didn't deserve it. Furthermore, and this is something many people here (especially you) need to learn, a critique of someone's creation is not an attack against that person. From everything I've seen you post, Adrian, I can see that you have some serious issues about criticism.
And in the future, if you have an issue with someone's critique, respond with a critique of your own, not a useless insult. Something like "actually I like that title because blah blah blah" or "actually the title fits the game well because of blah blah blah." You know, something useful.
Also the title is not good. "Sour" just... isn't a good word for serious RPG titles. It sounds weird. |

Please stop the flaming, all of you. Adrian, if you have a problem with someone, please keep it off the boards. Talk to them (nicely) in the IRC or in a PM. If you think they are breaking the rules, let the admins know and they will deal with it as they see fit.
now that thats out of the way...
I have to agree with Iblis, the title dosn't sound quite right. Maybe try Forsaken Dreams or something along those lines? |
