Hi all, im working on a project ff7 semi-sequel. But i been having a bit of trouble. Im not good at all with Enemy Graphics, or Backgrounds, which are just a LITTLE bit required. I seem to be doing fine with Tilesets, Spells, plotscripting and the such, but yet, my graphics arnt improving fast enough this game out in decent time, with a decent look. Im in need of some one that could fire out some good graphics. It would be greatly appreciated for all help. So far i nearly have the entire intro done! Wow Im pretty sure no one would be willing, i can understand. But how much it would mean to me would be the world . Im hoping to get atleast 1 game from the ohr before i start learning C++ to go onto bigger things. I hope someone out there has a thoughtful heart to help a noob in need . Talk to you later! |

It'd be better for your game and yourself to do the graphics yourself. Because then you keep everything in the same style. And you can't get better at something if you have someone do it for you ya know? _________________ ---------------Projects----

Graphics don't always have to be blow-your-mind impressive. Even the FF series started out pretty bad, but people apparently like the game. If you can do well in the other aspects of your game, like story or dialog, then graphics shouldn't be any problem with anyone. I mean, hey, we freaking like Arfenhouse III...

FF series is starting to worry more and more about developing graphics than anything else that makes a game good.
And did CloudX make the SAME post ages ago? asking for a very similar thing... >_> _________________ If we were a pack of dogs, IM would be a grand Hound, CN would be a very ficious little pitball, and Giz...well, it doesn't matter breed he is, he'd still be a bitch

There's one big problem. The story editors need to work with the character designers so their characters don't look really really goofy and weird. _________________ ---------------Projects----

Sephy, it's way too true for him. When I first saw FFX's cast, I was like, "Is this a direct sequel to FFVIII or something?" Amano never did his characters the same way twice after FF3. I don't think it's too much to expect from a character designer. _________________

I decided if i keep up with this project at a good pace, im gonna make an enhanced conversion of it over to macromedia flash . Ive had nothin much else to do latley, and ive got until around june, i think. Ive decided ill just do my own enemy graphics and such, so be prepared for the worst you've ever seen . Well im off, so little to do, and so much time!! |
