Joel, just making the maptiles wouldn't take as long as you might think. A good artist could probably churn out the whole games worth of tiles given a week. The sprites are a different affair entirely, but the tiles in the game aren't that great by OHR Standards. I offer this only as a suggestion, but I think your game could be better, if you'd just let someone make some maptiles. It really wouldn't take 100 people. I'm not sure if I can help as much as I thought I could, due to some obligations that have popped up, but if you'd give a clue as to what you need, I'd be glad to put in what I can.

so long as their is more of a majority of original graphics, then i might just help out on this little project here.

The problem, as has been pointed out, is that Leon's portrait doesn't fit the style of everyone else's. Seeing how the ones you made aren't too bad, you should just go ahead and make one for Leon yourself. No one expects you to have 100+ people on your team, just tp put a bit more effort in making a few things fit.

And, for the record, I don't really care about the tiles/walkabouts as long as I know what I'm looking at and they're consistent. It's the portraits that bug me.
