Castle Paradox

This doesn't happen often, but I thought I'd ask anyway, since I know there was a lot of posts I won't know if I want to go through and find out if I've read them...

I often open a window for each of the forums here, but it seems to happen if I have one forum or multiple forums open. At some point, I use the CP logo in the upper-left to return to the main page, which is normally not a problem, but occasionally (like tonight) it actually returned me to the forum page-- logged out. When I logged back in, it showed that all messages were marked read. Going to any of the forums confirms this; there's no new posts anywhere.

Is there something weird going on with the site, or my browser, or what in the world is going on? Any ideas? Input would be appreciated.

Could it be a bug with the board's software that I'm somehow invoking? I'll shut up now and see if anyone can help me figure this out. It's just annoying enough that I keep thinking about it.

Ugh, that happens to me occasionally. Basically, if you leave any window open too long, it'll log you out. It's really irritating, but there's not much you can do, except, perhaps, browse with only one window.

I haven't been logged out, but the forum frequently will mark all my messages read seemingly randomly - like today, when I went to CP, and it showed which forums had new messages on the index, but when I clicked on any of them, it had already marked everything read.
