sheesh, whats up with this constant dead thread revival, and from the same person within the past few mins. calm it down a bit, these threads are nearly a year old! try finding some threads that have been created rather recently instead.

but anways... rather than just complain, i think ill contribute my music tastes as well:

basically i like anything from the late 70's to the 80's. Things like that crappy Casio Keyboard background music to Rock, Grunge, and early Emo. Some of my favorites are: The Clash, whoever did the music from 'Legend', Journey, Foreigner, Queen, U2, random Funk music, Goldfinger, Built to Spill, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Early November, Saetia, Further Seems Forever, Thursday, The Pillows, Gorillaz.

Seat Belts and Pillows are awesome.

Yes indeed! I also like We Might Be Giants, the Presidents of the United States of America (both have kind of wierd songs, my favourite is Kitty). The Dave Mathews Band is pretty good, and The Matt Wilson Quartet is incredibly insane, and I love every bit of it. I still can't find their CDs anywhere.

It's They Might Be Giants. And the composer for Zelda and Mario is Koji Kondo.

Well, a little updating is in order, I suppose.

Queen
Pedro the Lion
Elliott Smith
The Ramones
Pink Floyd
David Bowie
The Polyphonic Spree
Frank Sinatra
Led Zeppelin
Nirvana
The Animals
Keith Green
Evanescence
Carbon Leaf
Weezer

Other greats:
Nouvelle Vague (easy listening covers of post-punk songs; it sounds a little stupid, yeah, but it's excellent)
Neil Young
Belle & Sebastian
The Rolling Stones
Five Iron Frenzy
B.B. King

Basically, I like a little bit of everything, which a bit of a preference for indy and classic rock.

You could have just edited it so that "Rapper" was spelled with two p's.

You would like a LOT of Jethro Tull songs then.
______________________________________________________________________
Jethro Tull
Rush
The Who
Led Zepplin
(some) Ozzy Osbourne
Flogging Molly
and a heckuva lot of classical and renaissance. (I hope I spelled renaissance right...)

Flogging Molly? That sounds like a code name for female masturbation.
