By making us wait, we want it. By making us want something, Fyre has us completely in his power... until we get it. After that, it becomes cold toast. Honestly, I too am eager to sink my teeth into this one. _________________ Planning Project Blood Summons, an MMORPG which will incinerate all of the others with it's sheer brilliance...

Alright, for those who wanted to help, here's your chance:
What determines the amount of time between damage from poison attacks? We know how it's done, but what deterimines how fast? |

I looked this up the other weekmonth. Posion/regen damage has a sort of ready meter that fills at 2/3rds the speed of the character's ready meter, and is not randomised.
Also, if the heroes/enemies speed stat is below 7, it uses 7 instead. |

PRACTICAL JOKES ARE EVIL AND SHOULD NEVER BE DONE IN THIS COMMUNITY
...ok, seriously, though. Yeah, the game exists, and what I've seen of it does look kinda impressive. I must say, I was taken aback that Fyre came through on some of what he'd said. How the whole game pans out, we'll see. |

Unfortunately the Windows HSPEAK does not wait for a keypress before closing, so I can't get it's time count.. but it takes roughly a half hour for Charbile to compile it, and around 20 minutes for my laptop to do it. |

Yeah, Kain and Shaede have reported the same problem in FFG. It seems to me, though, and maybe you're already doing this, that you could separate new/untested scripts into their own files so you don't have to wait 20 minutes for every compile. _________________

it just happened to be that many when I took the compiling screenshot. It's gone beyond 80,000 since then. |

Well the thing is, I keep promising to eat my hat, and nobody ever follows through and makes me eat my hat! Promising to eat a hat isn't nearly as funny as eating a hat. I've actually enjoyed the tension of wondering if I'll have to eat a hat, but there's no suspense in a story if you already know what happens next, and what happens next in this story is: Fyre delays SOJ2 again.
Tell you what, next presidential election I'll buy a SOMBRERO and make some kind of promise to eat it involving the results. I'll make a tradition of hat eating promises once every two years starting in 2008. _________________ BANDIT REVOLVER, DOWNLOAD IT OR ELSE.
