Not that it has much to do with the OHR, but I think it could be interesting if we opened a board for playing forum-roleplaying with the community.

It could work as chat too but I think a forum is better since you get lot of time to think of good things to write.

What do you think?

D20 is the rule set of 3rd edition DnD, also I don't mind if non-DnD roleplaying games are talked about on the board...so, fire away.

It also applies to like acting out a game on the boards.

Like this, using recent events as an example.

RMZ: I have a shop that sells stuff.
Raekuul: I have a simulator that you can get Credits from if you win.
RMZ:Credits from the Simulator are good here.

It's somethjing like a community within a community...

Story Time Forum, anyone? It's not EXACTLY the purpose for which it was intended, but I think it'd make do.

What I mean is a game leader (I don't know the exact term in english) that gathers a few players and he then describes where the players are situated, their surroundings and so on, then the players post what they say and do.

Just like a traditional pencil and paper roleplaying game.

I don't mean a forum for talking about roleplaying.

Then Story Time for christ's sake. Most of those things read like short novels anyway, just start your own thread there, and let it go. We don't need all these crazy ass forums, and Story Time is entirely unmoderated, fits what you want to do for the most part, and a new thread there always draws attention. So go for it, dudes. Story Time forum is your place for RPGs.
