MS paint. The limitations! :o
NetPaint was nice for a while too.

If I could, I'd steal Paint Shop Pro from Minnek again. Hopefully I'll get PhotoShop, and maybe Illustrator, pretty soon. Student discount, dont'cha know.

Sorry it seems that I forgot to add "other" and pencil+ scan. Does somoene think some links should be add to other drawing programms ?

If this is not limited to OHR, then I use Photoshop and Painter (and pencils/inks/markers/paints + scanner)

For OHR, I use the editor and photoshop.

I use MS paint for the base drawing and then hadd adv textures and blurs spec effects in the GIMP.(GIMP is free and very powerful and just as easy 2 use as paintshop pro)
