Spent a few hours adapting something I play on the guitar, and got this:

I disliked the harmonies in the lower voice, and the melody didn't go anywhere, but other than that it was fine.

Whoops, I should have mentioned it's meant as ambient music.

Thanks for the listen

Well, the lower harmonies could still be a problem. Were they "off" or just not as effective as they could be?

I like this. It sounds off in a very good way.

This is the kind of music i would like to make, and i was attempting the same sort of song when i wrote the last piece i posted, although this has gone for a more haunting effect, where as i was attempting to make mine more light. It reminds me of my favourite artist, Bjork.

I also REALLY liked the end. It finished in its own way.

I just hope everything you did was deliberate...?

They harmonies are unappealing to me. But, in the context of ambient music it works, I guess, I don't really care for ambient music in the slightest.
