I'm using the Rusalka release (only just now found out about the new one, and it doesn't look quite stable yet), and I came across a strange bug last night.

I was drawing an enemy sprite (medium size, don't know what slot, maybe palette 11-12?), and the keyboard stopped responding. The mouse responded just fine, but the keyboard wouldn't do a thing.

I know that the keyboard wasn't disconnected, because I could Alt+Tab my way out (and back in again) just fine, I could use the keyboard to do commands in Windows (98 SE) just like normal, etc. I just couldn't use the keyboard in custom.

I had to do a dirty terminate to close it. I don't know if my work is saved or not -- I couldn't open custom again w/o rebooting, and it was late at night.

So, um, yeah. Just wanted to let the devs know, and perhaps get advice for if it ever happens again.

Hmm... Maybe custom could get some sort of timed autosave feature? If I leave it alone for ten minutes (i.e., it can't recieve input) it automatically saves to a special back-up file...or somesuch.
