Since the release of serendipity, and the inclusion of the ALT scroll feature in the Attack Menu, I have been unable to include symbols from my game font due to the required ALT + something. Due to the ALT automatically reverting to the scroll feature of the attacks, it has made it impossible for me to include something like a knife followed by the attack's name.

My question is this: is there any back way to include these symbols or has the new ALT feature made it impossible for me to put symbols in my attack names?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had this problem and posted it on the ohrrpgce bugzilla. By pressing ctr + space you can bring up the character chooser.

You can either use CTRL-Space, or download a nightly build of Custom, which keeps the alt-nav thing from working on string fields.
