As the title suggests, I would like to know how to load the OHR Palette into The Gimp.

Easy.

Open the palettes dialogue from the menubar and right click on a palette.
Select 'Import' palette. (You can also do this using the palettes menu from the top of the box.
Check the box for 'palette file' and choose which to use.
Give it a suitable name.

You can now use it when you use 'index mode' or just to pick colours out of.

Downloads -> Graphics Utilities -> OHR Palette
