This rock is sensational. Is this "Other Side of Yesterday" really a band?
This sounds very much like Underoath's last album, but it seems to have a bit of a "Senses Fail" sound to it, as well.
One complaint, the vocals. You are a great singer/screamer, but you really need to work on honing your vocal notes. Don't get me wrong, you did a good job with it, but I know, as a musician, that sometimes it helps to have nitpicky advice.
Other than that, I look forward to hearing more. _________________ "Don't give me what is good; give me what is true." |

Thanks, I'm hoping to do more (freaking full time college ).
Erm.....as far as the "band" thing goes, I could never do a band. I've been there and done that, and I don't ever want to go through that again. All of this music I made with Nuendo and a bunch of VSTi's. It's all virtual.
As far as your advice, I'm not at all offended. Actually, I couldn't agree more. I began vocal lessons at church, but there was really only one session to it so far, so I don't count that as meaningful.
I am practicing, though. And also, I guess you noticed, it was very Underoath inspired. _________________
