While I'm promoting my crappy rip-off comic, I might as well tell everybody about my on-line OHR tutorial. Be warned, it is deep in construction. Click teh link! I'd love suggestions/comments.

Um, is there something wrong with the Wiki? Neutral

Just because there's a Wiki doesn't mean I can't make my own tutorial.

If you really want to devote your time to make a nice tutorial, then go for it.
But I'm just wondering why you would rather work on this than, say, a game?

Look, I mean this in the best way that I possibly can, but you really ought to actually make a few decent RPGs before you start writing a tutorial. There's already plenty of people who've written similar guides like this, so unless you have something new to say, I don't think this is a wise use of your time.

That said, I do like the way it's organized to an extent.

Maybe so, but there'd have to be something pretty damn amazing in it that James forgot to mention for anyone to bother reading it. That's the point I've been trying to make with the two other people making OHR tutorials when they have a lack of experience.

You have too much faith in the quality of my documentation. I wrote most of the original howto back in... sheesh, maybe 7 years ago? There is a ton of important stuff that it doesn't talk about.

I am only just slightly disappointed to see docs being written outside the wiki because it makes it harder for other people to help out, but if Val wants to do it all himself, he is perfectly welcome to.
