Whew! It's nice to be back here at CP. Being a part time student is no laughing matter.
Anyway, I just wanna announce everyone here that I'm still working on my game. I have changed its title, improved some of its maptiles, and messing up some plotscripts in HSSED editor.
Well, thanks for the time upon reading this post, dudes.

I would like to hear from you! Please inform me of your opinions and/ or suggestions regarding my game. I would be grateful upon knowing your insights about my work. T Y
Here's a sample screenshot of my newly-titled game.

Why would anybody rip graphics from Ysoft? I didn't even know that Ysoft had a game featuring grass.
It looks quite presentable right now. And it's really not necessary to thank everybody at the end of each of your posts ;)
And I agree. We've all heard about the new title and graphics. Can you explain the title a bit? It sounds like a mixture of every RPG title cliche. |

Save OHR screenshots as something other than JPG - JPG conversion creates distortion that makes it hard to see the picture clearly. I hear PNG is good.
I like how the building/cave looks a lot. It's simple and the graphics do their job. However, the trees and pathway don't fit with it. I'd like to see this with the black outlines on everything. They'd help as well to distinguish the trees from each other and the grass - right now there's a green blob that changes color but very little in the way of depth. _________________ UP DOWN UP DOWN LEFT LEFT RIGHT RIGHT A B START |

Thanks for your comment regarding the screenshot in my post, Me. Yeah, I'll try conversing images into PNG for crystal-clear views.

RE: Black outlines around the tree tiles --- I see to it that the green outlines blend with the grass as if they are only the same tile. Oh, gee... I have to do some tile revising again. Whew... _________________ St. SeiyaRyu

I was beginning to wonder why you hadn't posted in forever.
The pic looks nice, but the trees could be outlined or something. Hell, basically ditto everything Me said. Looks interesting! |

i like the graphic style but the dirt road is a bit too... blocky a guess would be the word to use. try to add some grass near the edges to make it blend a bit more. _________________

Definate Zelda: Link's Awakening influence in those rocky buildings and square boulders. The trees look better, although that first building is still at a different angle, possibly due to the conflict in the semi-pure top-down style versus those angled trees. |

There. Take a critical eye on these annoying screenshots.

The revised ground tiles look much better, in my most humble of opinions. |

It's still odd that you black-outline only the rocks. If you lightened their outlining a few shades to a dark grey, it'd be more consistent and look better overall. _________________
