A Renamon is a Digimon introduced into the third season/series. She's either a fox, or a kitsune, or someone dressed vaguely as a fox (depends on which evolution she's on). As you might have guessed from the linked thread (and also from fan art available through P2P programs), she's frequently the subject of hentai.

Actually I find it a good thing that everything is subject to hentai; it sort of shows that (internet) speech really is free and that there are no boundaries to the human mind, no?

Of course you're free not to enjoy it. For instance, I didn't look up "Renamon hentai" after I heard about it just now because I don't watch Digimon so I wouldn't enjoy it.
