So I was thinking about a post I put in a bit ago about status changes, and decided to go back and look at some of our earlier suggestion threads, and came upon this:
8. Ability to have attacks target bitsets
to which Mike Caron replied that he was sure that this was done. Unfortunately, this was never done, and I am wondering if he had done it and never committed it (a travesty!) or perhaps a misunderstanding. What I meant was a way to have attacks set certain bitsets on and off; at the time I was thinking of creating elemental weaknesses/strengths within battle. Or has this indeed been implemented and I've just been too dumb to figure out how to use it? _________________ My first completed OHR game, Tales of the New World:

No, it hasn't been done yet, but I believe it is planned - it's pretty frequently requested. It's high in my perception of the list of battle features to add, but I rarely dabble in adding battle system features. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |
