'Add to OST' function - broken?

I'm pretty curious as to what the 'Add to OST' button does. You know the one, on each song page in CP's myriad music library.

Well, I'm never going to find out, because every single time I hit that button, I'm taken to a 404 page. Wonder what's going on with this?
