I was trying to make some walk-abouts today in the OHR, but it kept messing around with me, and creating lines from one previous pixel to the next (without using the line tool).
The lines also didn't register under the undo button, so even when I pressed it, they didn't go away, I'd have to erase them, but then more lines would appear (unless I used the fill option)
I had it in a window, but when I exited, and had it full screen the problem went away. I'm not sure if it's because of the restart, or because of the full/mini, but it was quite annoying.
Good thing being I haven't had it occur again, yet.
I'm using the Hasta La QB+ version (not too keen on using the nightlys just yet).
Any ideas of what could have 'caused this? _________________

Memory possibly? Was the computer on for a really long time? If the problem went away right after restarting custom, or your computer, I would put my money on memory.
[edit] if there's a buglist available for that release, you could see if this was cited as one _________________ SACRE BLEU!

I don't see a buglist concerning this release, nor anything related to this bug. I guess it doesn't occur very often? I've only seen it once before.
I usually keep my computer off when it's not in use (quite often), and I have over a Gig in RAM. Could it still be the problem? _________________

I myself have seen this error occur myself, but figured it had to do with having several windows open at once. Usually AiM, mirc, and winamp. Full screening custom seems to do away with this glitch, at any rate. |

This would explain it. I'll keep this in mind, thanks. _________________

This happened to me a LOT.
My workaround was to just bring "focus" to the window by clicking the mouse in an area that wouldn't affect the picture. It usually happens when the window isn't focused, but you still have keyboard control. _________________

I have seen this happen too... i am pretty sure it doesn't happen in the latest nightlies. If I am wrong, please post it in bugzilla. |
