YOU WILL NEED THE UBERSETZUNG CANDIDATE OR A NIGHTLY BUILD TO PLAY THIS GAME. Don't blame me if it doesn't work because you're running with Hasta.

Scary Game 3: Kyle's Mansion has been in the making since 2004. This may very well be the year it gets finished. The demo is only five to ten minutes long, but it is very polished. Get it!

Controls:
Ctrl - attack
Alt - jump (double-jump, wall-jump unavailable in demo)
Shift - dash, air-dash (unavailable in demo)
Z or / - switch weapons

Oh, and while we're priming for Halloween (maybe the biggest holiday in OHR land), why not check out Scary Game and Scary Game 2? (You don't even need the Ubersetzung executable to play these games!)

This thing is incredible. The intro is so classy and awesome, it's amazing.

Don't pull a Retrogamer on us and make a great game and then never come back though.

Oh, one thing though, the demo is supposed to end right after I fall down through the trap door in the room with the target right?

It crashes when I switch weapons when I have only one. And I'm guessing all of the dashes were disabled in the demo?
Also, I'm gonna have to second what Newbie Power's told you about the fist strikes. Not necessarily the hit detection on them that's the problem so much as the delay for when you can use it again that makes it undependable. I'll end up getting killed just because my weapon decided it's too soon to use again (on a fist! what kinda fist needs time to reload?).

Otherwise, nice game. I'm sure it will be better when the levels are more accessible.

This isn't possibly my fault. Sounds like an engine bug, but it's never happened to me.

Also, they are very powerful punches! A punch is worth two slingshot hits. He is winding up to sucker-punch a zombie. Such a powerful punch cannot be rushed.

RC5. I'd check to see if it happens with consistency, but I really don't want to sit through that intro that many times.

Oops! I meant "game.exe -version" which gives you the exact subversion revision number. this is more precise that codename, or even date.

Anyway, I cannot reproduce this with any recent build. Please try the latest nightly and then if it still happens, try the latest music_silence build, just in case this crash is related to the sound effect played when you switch weapons.

My god I'm excited, I got bored so I came back to castle paradox and this is the first thing I found. Now I'm going to play it, then check back in a while to see if I can play it more.

You can always play it more! Just don't expect another release soon.

I might release another demo before the full game (which will hopefully be by the end of October), but I haven't planned on it. Then again, I never really planned on this one either, so we'll see.
