i put in
set timer (0,35,18,timer:default,1,timer:default)
show string at(1, 280, 190)
and when i stepped on he npc it didnt even activate. also howdo i make it so that hewhen the timer is done it leads to a script. [/bug]

Here is a HANDY REFERENCE GUIDE:
Helpful: I got a compile error. It says "Missing an end or ) in the script myscript." Here's the full script file I'm using...
Helpful: The script compiles, but when I try to run it, nothing happens. I realize the example script is a five-minute timer and I have tried waiting five minutes. Here's the full script...
Not helpful: It doesn't work. What's wrong?

Moogle 1 is right. Could you please give us some more details like the error message of Hspeak.exe when you compile. You can also post scripts and indicate when the bugs happens adding a command line like this
