How do I create a npc on another Map?????

If I understand you right, this is a perfect use for tags. Place an NPC on the map where you want him to appear, and in Edit NPC set it up so that he only appears if a certain tag is on. Then, when you're on the other map, set up a textbox or a plotscript to turn that NPC on, and thus create that NPC on the other map.
