Now shut up and work on your games, people.

[edit] It is now a super-plot.

*looks at the icons that represent games*

Acceptably Competent is clearly Megazeux/ZZT.

Judging by the looks of it, I'd say it was drawn on a cocktail napkin, so what professional credibility does it have? =p

1. Saying Cave Story is better than OHR games is a stupid argument because Cave Story is better than most games.

And most games suck.

The graph actually fits, but it's missing the 'right half' (the right half is what I'm talking about i.e. good games). In the right half the OHRRPGCE line will become more and more horizontal and will never reach the Cave Story line while the Pure-Programmed line will eventually reach the Cave Story line.

In fact I should try to explain my point with a graph too.

Blue = OHRRPGCE
Red = Pure Programming
Green = Cave Story
Pink = Good games are above this line, games below this line suck in SB terms

Yeah I guess this displays my point.

What's with all of these graphs? What is this? The 1992 Presidential Election? Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh... ZING! I am old...

(Seriously, folks. Graphs? We all know Rya will still argue regardless of the concrete evidence before him, so why bother?)

Okay, this really needs to be put into perspective.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't we not even arguing about what Select Button thinks, but what Rya thinks the general opinions of the Select Button community would be?
And hasn't Rya shown a particular ineptitude at generalizing the opinions of a community with his view of our own in the past?

According to Rya's graph, he's saying that all OHR games "suck in SB terms" since the OHR line doesn't pass the green line.

...

So, yeah, Rya, if you think the OHR sucks that bad, then why the hell are you even here? Why bother work with something which you think sucks after having compared it to something that is above good? You're being really stupid...

EDIT:

Gotta love the American way of life when we care more about video games than we do about politics.

I really gotta play this Cave Story game. Is it still good without a control pad, or does it get too crazy?

I played it on a keyboard. It was still just an above-average platformer.
