This language is based on being in the now and focusing on the positive. There is no word for bad, you just say "not good". Also, all living things are "ni". There is not distinction between human and other forms of life. Also, the language doesn't focus on selfishness. There is no word for "my", or "mine", or even ME/YOU. Everything is contextual. A "ni" can be a person. A "ni" can be a spirit or an animal. It depends on the context. There is no such thing as "time" in this language because time doesn't really exist. It is just Speed and Distance which makes time. In this language everything is looked at as a whole.
There is no cherry-picking with words like "this", "that", "blue", "red". There are only two main adjectives "good" (pu) and "bad" (nu pu). There are no shades of gray, just white and black. If you feel sad, that's "bad", if you feel sick, that's "bad", if you are happy, that's "good". God/parent/creator are all one word. live, life, soul, spirit, living thing, are all one word.
The word "li" is to separate because parts of speech.

Have you read George Orwell's 1984? I learned Newspeak when I read it for highschool. |

Lord's prayer translated back into English from Puna as literally as possible without consideration to the original english:
Seed Wish
Upstart be
Sound be Good
Skyfirstplace is Way
Skyfirstwant is Way
The Skyfirstplace is Humanspace
Tradeitgrass
Goodishuman
Humanbe Good Isdifferent Animalspirit
Go to Human and Benefit
Skyfirstplace is
Buy it Power and Benefit
Is Parentway and Notparentway
HumanisGood
(The "li" word is by far the hardest to translate, but I think I kept it consistent with the way you described it.)
And then normalized with idiomatic English trying to be as poetic as possible without consideration to the original text:
A Wish for Seeds
Be an upstart,
it is good to shout.
Heaven is the goal,
Desire for heaven is the right way.
Heaven belongs to humans,
trade it for the Earth.
Humanity is morality,
Humanity separates us from the animals.
Become like us and thrive
Heaven exists.
Devote your resources to power and thrive.
This is both the way of God and the way of the Devil.
Humanity is morality.
Pretty darn lossy if you ask me ;) |

Yeah! I, too thought of Ingsoc! and 1984. Wasn't the point of Ingsoc to bring it down to one word?
You're close!
I suggest:
nukilunipimapakumulilapututanakamiti.
have fun pronouncing that!
excellent work. Imma learn this language, maybe write a short story. Idunno, something...
EDIT: replace Ingsoc with Newspeak _________________ *snap*

literally:

Yeah, this language is extremely lossy. However, if I should ever need a name for a disturbing extradimensional being, I now have one:
Lapuki. _________________ "I didn't start the flame war;

First off, I would like to explain the use of li.
li does not mean "is", "the", or any other word. In fact, it means absolutely nothing. It's just a way to separate words.
tamalu li can never be translated as "Heaven Exists" because "li " doesn't mean exist. Since "li" means absolutely nothing but a separator, it should be obvious that this is only part of a sentence.
tamalu li - If anything it would be "sky-origin-place..." or "sky-God-place..." or "heaven...".
Ronin Catholic - Remember, "li" doesn't mean anything, it is a separator between words so that things won't form into unnecessary adjective clusters.
In other words, it's what stops the ambiguity between lati (desirable food, needed medicine) into la li ti (desire food).
lati would be seen as an adjective la + ti
while la li ti stops this adjective cluster.
Lapuki would mean "desirable beneficial knowledge". Remember without the word "li" it all connects as adjectives.
"The internet is for porn" would be
mu li kukilu li ku li lakinuni.
or even more simplier...
kukilu li lakinuni
Details:
Code: | In this context, I guess "trading knowledge thing" could mean internet.
kukilu (trading-knowledge-place) = internet in this context.
lust could be laki(desirable sensation). porn/lustful thing could be lakinuni
ki means "science" but it always means "sense" and since it's used as an adjective it could mean "sensation". "nuni" (non living thing) is obviously the way of saying "thing".
mu li kukilu li ku li lakinuni.
go()trading-knowledge-place()have()desirable-sensation |
To say stay in school, you would say "ku li mu li kikulu".
Details:
Code: |
ku = have, continue, maintain, get/give
mu = go
kikulu = knowledge-getting-place
|
