Is there a way to place sprites on the same z-depth as hero's and NPC's and under map layers?

If not is their a way to program is into the engine? Coding teh z-depth of Sprites to be able to go under map layers.

Unfortunate the slice system isn't finished. If it were, you would simply write
"move slice above (my slice, lookup slice(sl:NPC layer))", but "NPC layer" doesn't exist yet.

Currently you can only set a slice to appear above a map layer, and below all the map layers, NPC, and heroes above that map layer. eg. "set parent(my slice, lookup slice(sl:map layer 1))"

So if you want your slice to appear above NPCs but below all map layers above them, you need to insert an extra blank map layer.
