I want to go for a fresh start and use the newer version (Some features sound pretty sweet), but the installer keeps giving me an error at the same point in the process!
C:/OHRRPGCE/support/wget.exe
An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory:
MoveFailed; Code5
Access denied.
Click retry yadda yadda or abort yadda yadda ignore to skip (Not reccomended)
I don't know what's wrong D: |

Yikes.
This isn't an OHRRPGCE-specific problem. You can do a web search for the error message to find thousands of other people with the problem. It seems that the problem is that your virus scanner is blocking the install; try temporarily disabling it. wget.exe is a standard utility for downloading files (we use it for the 'Distribute Game' menu), so I can sort of see why an extremely paranoid virus scanner wouldn't like it.
You might also try running the installer using "Run as Administrator".

Well, I looked it up on the web after seeing the post...
Yeah, that was it. I run everything as admin all the time, so it had to be the virus scanner. Everything's okay, now.
Well, I've got a lot to do to get my project back to the way it was! |
