It has Mario, Bowser, and Peach walkabout and battle sprites in it.
I cancelled it since "The Master Palette" messed up and even though I edited it to change the menu colors and stuff, it still reverted back into the "messed up" palettes when I saved and played the game. So now, it is cancelled. This can be used for anyone wanting to make a Mario RPG game I guess..

What version of custom were you using to work on it? The messed up palette thing sounds like it could be an engine bug that i would like to fix. |

It was in the Nightly Build.
I'm not sure "how" it happened, but if I were to guess, maybe when I imported as sprite I made a mistake and overwrote the current palette. That is most likely. When I when to the master palette editor and tried to change the colors of the menus and stuff, it changed, and when I tested the game (in custom) it changed, but when I tested the game on .exe it was the same as before I changed it (messed up again).
I hope that helps. |

Interesting. I am able to reproduce this bug on my own computer. I can reset all the user interface colors to default, and it looks as if it works, but as soon as I save and quit, they seem to revert to the messed up colors.
I have filed this in our bug tracker: http://rpg.hamsterrepublic.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=977 |

Ouch, this was a combination of a couple serious bugs, and your RPG file was also the victim of other bugs in nightlies. Anyone else using nightlies from the last two weeks may also be affected. I've fixed up your file and uploaded it here: http://tmc.castleparadox.com/temp/mariossg.zip. Make sure you 'download' the absolute lastest nightly. _________________ "It is so great it is insanely great." |

Thank you, TMC.
I see line spacing for text was added to the nightly build, which is also awesome. Now I don't have to skip lines. |

"File has expired and does not exist anymore on this server"
Maybe upload it to dropbox, or another file host?
EDIT: Just saw this post was made back in December! Sorry for Necro-ing! XP
EDIT#2: Also noticed that TMC had a download. I'm such a dip today. ._.; _________________ "There will always be people who will tell you they hate what you made, or like what you made, and will tell you that what you did was wrong or right."
