Nah, Spellshard is yet to be outdone. I've been trying since 2004 but even I have never made an OHR game as good as that.

spellshard is a fine game but it's just another retro jrpg. Why not just play dragon warrior? Same game.

You know what's better than a cat in a box? A box in a cat. Too bad nobody has dared to make such an unorothodox game before.

And yes, Dragon Warrior is a better game than Spellshard. It too has its flaws and is not perfect, but it is one of the best RPGs to ever grace the world of electronic gaming. Statements like this, however confident, are always based on the biases of the person stating them and their own sentiments and opinions. Normally I wouldn't state such an obvious thing, but many people seek to actively obfuscate what is said via roundabout and intentional misreadings of the text, ignoring context and assumed implicit clauses.
