Yes. Another contest. I just announced this contest on Renzo and a few people signed up, so I thought that people might like to sign up here. Forgive me if I'm wrong.

-The Contest-

The object of this contest is create a game which doesn't use the OHR battle engine. That sounds simple, right? But it has to have some form of combat that the player can control. "Combat" can range from a full fledged tactics battle system to jumping on the enemies head a la Mario.

-Rules-

I will give out the game file on April 1st. All games must be turned in before May 1st. You can do anything with your game except put anything in the editor up to now (design graphics, music, plotscripts). Games will be judged by me and a panel of highly qualified judges (including Fenrir-Lunaris). The winner will recieve, among satisfaction and recognition, a crisp $10 bill in the mail from me (I get paid minimum wage). I would appriciate it if all who are interested in entering would post on this thread. Questions and comments are also greatly appriciated.

Squall, I'll enter, but the thing is, um... well... *chokes on sandwich* *cough* (gasp) I live in Australia, and... I can't really do musch with a $10 note. (unless it is really crisp) Also, it will probably cost about 15 bucks to post it to me anyway.

Can you draw me a really cool avatar instead if I win?

I'm in-but I'm not exactly sure what you're saying.

There's going to be a download tagged file right? Are we allowed to work one plotscripts before the start or no?

Also, the money is worthless to me, I'm in the UK... I'll need something else too... if I win... doubtful but, worth a shot, eh?
